Neighbours

At First Person Project, we’re proud to be the Liverpool delivery partner for Torus Foundation’s Healthy Neighbours project — a place-based community health and wellbeing initiative funded by The National Lottery.

The project focuses on tackling some of the most pressing health issues in our communities, including: food poverty, loneliness, obesity, physical Inactivity and mental Health.

What We Do

Through Healthy Neighbours, we deliver a wide range of targeted activities aimed at making real, lasting change in people’s lives. These include:

  • Men’s & Women’s Mental Health Groups

  • Community Drop-Ins

  • Volunteer Programme

  • Public Health Campaigns

  • Tailored Support in Local Neighbourhoods

By listening to what communities need and working alongside them, we create inclusive, welcoming spaces where wellbeing can grow.

We’re proud of the positive outcomes this work has created — and even prouder of the people behind those changes.

Building Healthy Neighbours, Together
